Parrish Park-Titusville

This urban district river park is situated on both sides of SR 402 at the Max Brewer Causeway-from the east end of the draw bridge to the security gates for Kennedy Space Center. The 36.6-acre park provides convenient access to the Indian River.
We meet past the park, cross the bridge and look on the left shoulder of the road for a parked 15 passenger van with a trailer load of kayaks.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Upon arriving at the park you will check in with the trip leaders and sign a mandatory release of liability and assumption of risk form. Afterwards you will be outfitted with a life jacket, kayak, and paddle. After some brief instruction we will paddle as a group in search of the "living lights". Most tours last a couple of hours, however, if the bioluminescence is super bright and dolphins or manatee show up on the scene, well time just doesn't matter.
